This organically certified white (60% Garnacha Blanca, 30% Macabeo, 10% Viognier) from the sought-after Priorat appropriately expresses the terroir of the Bellmunt vineyard and can be called "Vi de Vila" because of its strictly regulated origin and bottling.
Complex aromas of fruits such as orange, peach and apricot unfold on the nose and are complemented by orange blossom, rose scents and slate notes and are unexpectedly finished with a hint of balsamic aromas. The interplay of fresh fruit and ripe texture on the palate is immediately pleasing and develops as it progresses, leading to the sustained, straightforward and elegant finale.
Mas d'en Gil recommends it for breakfast (sic!), lunch and dinner as well as asparagus dishes, sushi and seafood. What a stunning companion.
