Der Etna Bianco von der Tenuta delle Terre Nere ist eine Cuvée aus 70% Carricante, 20% Catarratto, 5% Grecanico und 5% Insolia. Die Trauben stammen aus eigenen Lagen sowie ausgewählten Parzellen am Hang des Ätna. Der Wein reift ausschliesslich im Edelstahltank und überzeugt durch seine klare, mineralische Struktur, die wie ein Spiegel der einzigartigen vulkanischen Böden ist. Im Glas entfaltet er feine Aromen von flintiger Mineralität, untermalt von reifen Noten von weissem Pfirsich und Honigmelone. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich frisch, präzise und mit einer lebendigen Säure, die ihn zu einem vielseitigen Begleiter für leichte Gerichte oder als Aperitif macht.
Die Arbeit der Tenuta delle Terre Nere ist handwerklich extrem präzise und lässt die typische Charakteristik des Terroirs unverkennbar hervortreten.

Delivery usually takes place within 3-6 working days of receipt of the order. By courier (Vinolog or post) or personally through MeinWein by arrangement.
Pick-up at Grüngasse 10, 8004 is usually ready for collection after 2-4 working days. Please note the opening times below.
