Der Etna Rosso Santo Spirito stammt aus ausgewählten Parzellen am Hang des Ätna, wobei die Trauben für diesen Rotwein vor allem aus den tiefer gelegenen Lagen mit mineralreichen Böden stammen. Im Glas zeigt er ein feines, nuanciertes Aromenspiel von wilden Beeren und zarten Rosenblättern. Am Gaumen besticht er durch seine schlanke, delikate Struktur und weiche Tannine, die ihm eine fast sinnliche Textur verleihen. Ein Wein mit Tiefe und Finesse, der die typische Mineralität des Terroirs elegant einbindet.
Perfekt zu Wildgerichten, gereiftem Hartkäse oder Trüffelkreationen.

Delivery usually takes place within 3-6 working days of receipt of the order. By courier (Vinolog or post) or personally through MeinWein by arrangement.
Pick-up at Grüngasse 10, 8004 is usually ready for collection after 2-4 working days. Please note the opening times below.
