The first sniff reveals a fascinating intensity and fullness. The nose is enchanted by wild berries, fragrant roses and a hint of licorice, accompanied by a subtle note of coffee. This bouquet demonstrates an incomparable elegance and sophistication that continues in full splendor on the palate. The wine reveals a complex structure that was formed through careful aging in wooden barrels for 26 months. Despite this complexity, it always remains on the delicate side and impresses with delicate tannins and a spicy, mineral length .
We recommend decanting this wine to reveal its full potential. It goes well with dark meat dishes such as Kobe beef fillet, truffle dishes or mature hard cheese made from raw milk.

Their portfolio is characterized by fine white and red wines from the Langhe, which reflect the terroir in all its finesse. The family's jewel , Bricco Rocche, sits in the heart of Barolo.
