Quinta das Carvalhas produces origin-oriented and varietal wines on the slopes of the Douro Valley. With the Tinto 2012 they have created a great table wine of outstanding quality: scents of flowers, cedar wood, blackberries and plums are supported by fine, present tannins and smooth acidity. And it ends with a long, serious finish. Like a romantic boat trip on the beautiful Douro!
