The 12 Volts from cult winemaker Francesc Grimalt is a cuvée of Callet, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon and skilfully reflects the unique terroir of the island of Mallorca.
With a bright ruby ​​red, the 12 Volts displays aromas of red fruits, Mediterranean herbs and subtle spices. On the palate it presents medium fullness, lively acidity and well-structured tannins. Nuances of cherries, plums and a touch of minerality add depth and complexity. It is ideal with grilled meat, savory dishes and cheese and embodies the unmistakable personality of Mallorca.
