Michele Castellani's Amarone Classico "I Castei" consists of the traditional grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, which are vinified after the grapes have been carefully dried. In a deep garnet red, this wine shows a seductive bouquet of ripe cherries, plums and spicy notes. On the palate it reveals a remarkable fullness, velvety tannins and harmonious acidity. Flavor nuances of dark fruits, chocolate and sweet spices complete the profile.
It is perfect with strong dishes, game and mature cheese. It represents the authenticity and passion of the Valpolicella region in perfect Amarone style.
