Organically certified miracle Priorato with the greatest character, which makes this region one of the most popular in Spain.
The Spanish warmth and cordiality comes through and this Mediterranean village wine follows the path of elegance and balance. The blend of 65% Garnacha and 35% Cariñena comes from the younger vineyards and deep soils that deliver sweet and fresh fruity red wines. Each plot is fermented separately in stainless steel with natural yeasts and malolactic fermentation takes place in underground concrete tanks. The wines are then blended and aged 30% in concrete and the rest in large oak barrels. It is juicy and has very delicate tannins, which give it a silky texture , a nice balance and a fresh finish. Mas d'En Gil wines are always stored in the bottle until the ideal time for first drinking is reached.
