The excellent award from wine pope Robert Parker underlines the success story of the traditional company Ciacci Piccolomini and the 2017 impresses with its flawless characteristics that make a top wine from the Brunello area so popular and revered. Weightless bundle of power with highly complex complexity and an almost never-ending finish.
The only downside: It won't reach its ideal drinking maturity until 2024, but it will last for what feels like an eternity, namely until at least 2035!
