The killer value Castro Ventosa Valtuille 2019 is a young blend from six different zones of the village and was fermented with around 15% in stainless steel and the rest in oak barrels. It matured for a year in well-aged barrels (mostly 225 liter barrels, but also some larger ones). It's floral, perfumed and ultra clean; Raul Perez has renewed all the barrels and the wine appears more precise and cleaner than ever before. Only 6,000 bottles were produced.
