Domaine Servin is a typical family winery in the heart of the famous Chablis, the northernmost appellation of Burgundy. For seven generations this has meant strict hand-picking and individual winemaking depending on the location and terroir. The Servins' property includes large premier cru sites such as Montée de Tonnerre or Vaillons and grand cru sites such as Les Clos, Blanchot or Les Preuses.
The Servin family has achieved a major coup with this region-typical white and it is difficult to find a Chablis 1er Cru of equal quality at a similar price. It doesn't take much convincing to make this noble plant a companion to your festive occasion.
