This visual and tasteful homage to the chalk terroir of Champagne is called - Chalky . 100% Chardonnay from the Montagne de Reims and the Côte de Blancs and with only 6g of residual sweetness, this Blanc de Blancs Champagne presents itself as elegant, full-bodied, compact and with an almost maritime-like salinity, accompanied by an exotic citrus fruit basket and fresh apple notes. A Clouet champagne with its typical charm and creamy melting, accompanied by a lot of minerality and aromatic length.

The picturesque municipality of Bouzy enjoys a very special status, namely that of Grand Cru . The first-class Pinot Noir, which forms the basis for excellent champagne, thrives here. The Clouet family proudly owns eight hectares of premium vineyards, which are maintained with the utmost care. Each individual plot is vinified and processed separately. Some of these fine wines are fermented and matured in used Sauternes barrels from Château Doisy-Daëne, which gives the wines a very special aroma.
Jean François is a charismatic , confident winemaker who firmly believes that his champagnes are among the best in all of Champagne. And we share this belief that his wines, with their unmistakable character, can compete with the best-known names in the champagne world. We would be happy if it continues to be a well-kept secret and therefore remains a real gem, both in terms of quality and price.

Delivery usually takes place within 3-6 working days of receipt of the order. By courier (Vinolog or post) or personally through MeinWein by arrangement.
Pick-up at Grüngasse 10, 8004 is usually ready for collection after 2-4 working days. Please note the opening times below.
