The idea of ​​this Millésime Exception made from 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay is to capture the four seasons in one glass. Behind the wine, this cuvée is a reference to a remarkable, extraordinary year. The terroir takes a back seat and the four seasons take precedence. This culminates in a very complex, rich bouquet with notes of citrus, bread, nuts and almonds. A hint of vanilla highlights the high proportion of Chardonnay, while the depth of the Pinot Noir is expressed in red fruits, blackcurrants and vinous aromas.
