Chardonnay Ciampagnis from Vie di Romans - An ode to the nobility of Friuli-Venezia Giulia!
In the glass it shimmers in a bright golden yellow that immediately catches the eye. The expressive bouquet reveals a wealth of aromas such as ripe pineapple, apple, citrus fruits, vanilla and subtle oak notes, which indicate the wine's careful barrel maturation. On the palate, Chardonnay Ciampagnis impresses with its creamy texture , harmoniously balanced acidity and impressive complexity. The aromas of the bouquet continue in the taste and merge into a soothing symphony. The long, pleasant finish gives it its unmistakable character and aftertaste.
It is an excellent accompaniment to fine fish dishes, seafood, poultry, risotto and cheese.
