Im Herbst entdeckte ich diesen Chianti während einer Weinreise in der Toskana. Er ist ein Paradebeispiel von einem Wein, der die historische Tradition der Region verkörpert. Typisch für das Gebiet Montespertoli enthält die Cuvée sogar einen kleinen Anteil weisser Trebbiano-Trauben, eine Rarität, die auf alte Weinbautraditionen zurückgeht.

Im Glas zeigt er sich frisch und lebendig, mit Aromen von roten Beeren, Veilchen und einer zarten Würze. Seine animierende Säure macht ihn zum idealen Begleiter für einfache, typisch toskanische Gerichte. Ob Pasta mit Wildschweinragù oder ein rustikales Plättli mit gereiftem Pecorino. Ein Chianti, der nicht nur die Sonnenhänge der Toskana einfangen kann, sondern auch die Unkompliziertheit genussvoller Momente.
