The Clos Figueres 2019 comes from a warm and dry vintage with a slightly higher degree of ripeness and an alcohol content of 15.5%. Here you will find a strong and concentrated red wine with lots of tannins and the unmistakable Priorat rusticity, a dusty texture and a mineral impression of ground slate and graphite. It is a blend of old Garnacha and Cariñena vines with some Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Monastrell and was aged for 16 months in new barriques and second choice 500 liter barrels.
An excellent drinking experience that masterfully represents the tradition and innovation from the Priorat.
