After 6 months in new wooden barrels of 400 liters each, this Very Special is pulled into used wooden barrels from the Limousin and stored there for around 3 years (the minimum for Cognac VS is 2 years) and thus matures into a flavor of banana, apricot, menthol, ginger , lychee, lime blossom and pepper notes scented VS. Great introduction to the brilliant world of cognac from PARK.
