After 6 months in new wooden barrels of 400 liters each, this Very Special Old Pale is pulled into used wooden barrels from the Limousin and stored there for around 7 years (the minimum for Cognac VSOP is 4 years) and thus matures to a taste of orange zest, apricot, menthol , ginger, lychee, jasmine, acacia and vanilla scented VSOP. Top entry into the middle class of the brilliant world of cognac from PARK.
