Elisabetta Foradori is the undisputed queen of the Teroldego grape. She has long since secured her place in the Trentino Olympus and has been relying entirely on biodynamics since 2002 (!!!). This suits this brilliant wine perfectly and it impresses with its chic uniqueness, the amazing power with only 12.5% ​​alcohol and the versatile use as a food accompaniment (risotto, polenta, braised meat, blue cheese).
