This pure Sauvignon Blanc is a rare pearl from Piedmont and proves how masterfully the Parussos understand their craft. Bright golden yellow pampers the eye. Citrus fruits, grapefruit, gooseberries and a hint of bergamot flow freely into the nose. The palate is astonishing in its mellowness and harmony, followed by a remarkably long and very digestible finish.
Marco and Tiziana Parusso cultivate a traditional wine style that they inherited from their father Armando. The fascination with her creations lies in the combination of this tradition with innovative and unconventional ideas and methods.
