Hier spricht nicht die Lautstärke, sondern die Tiefe: Der Langhe Nebbiolo Starda von Paitin ist ein Wein, der sich wie ein Gedicht entfaltet. Zarte Rosenblüten und dunkle Kirschen tanzen mit einer Spur von Teer und wilden Kräutern; typisch für den Nebbiolo, doch bei Paitin mit einer fast meditativen Eleganz. Die Tannine sind präsent, aber nie aufdringlich, als würden sie den Gaumen sanft an die steilen Hänge der Langhe erinnern.
Dieser Nebbiolo aus der berühmten Lage Serraboella ist ein Wein, der Geduld belohnt und schon jetzt zeigt, warum Paitin zu den grossen Namen des Piemonts zählt.
