The only white wine from Abadia Retuerta is Le Domaine, a cuvée of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Verdejo with a mild acidity that represents freshness and an ideal white wine year. It was aged for seven and a half months in French oak barrels, 20% of which were new, with the yeast being stirred every two days for the first three weeks. It has an enchanting and perfectly developed nose that is smoky, pebbly and leafy, with notes of white flowers that develop more complexity. Le Domaine is round and fleshy , serious, dry and very tasty, with a mineral finish. This special white wine develops excellently in the bottle.
