Le Piane's Mimmo Rosso was created in honor of the winery's founder, Mimmo, who was passionate about reviving Piedmont's ancient grape varieties.
The color of Mimmo Rosso is an intense ruby ​​red that shines in the glass and seduces the eyes. The nose is enveloped by aromas of red fruits such as cherries and currants as well as spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and balanced with a gentle tannin structure and a perfect balance between fruit and spice. The finish leaves a lasting impression.
The Mimmo Rosso carries the tradition and history of Piedmont. Made from ancient, indigenous Piedmont grape varieties of Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Croatina, it is the result of years of work and dedication by the winemakers of Le Piane. A truly extraordinary experience for every wine connoisseur.
