Absolutely spectacular : There is no other way to describe this jewel from the sunny island of Mallorca. This is due to the daring combination of Chardonnay and Prensal Blanc, which only occurs on Mallorca, but also to the diverse aging of the grapes, namely mixed in Burgundy barrels, concrete eggs and steel tanks. Biodynamic cultivation goes without saying here. The Batle brothers have fulfilled their dream of the perfect bodega at full speed and after just a few years they are already at the top of Mallorca. Who's surprised!
