The Ripasso is also often called the little Amarone, although like this one it does not come from dried grapes, but is only pressed through the mash of such grapes. And this one is none other than the Amarone Vigna Jago, a divine drink from a friendly family. And that really comes through in the perfect Ripasso interpretation of this dream Venetian. Juicy, meaty, full of cherry and spice notes and hints of nuts and chocolate. A wine that goes with everything and is loved by everyone.
