This character head made of 90% Tibouren and 10% Grenache is far away from the usual Rosé de Provence paths that we know (and certainly appreciate). Why? Clos Cibonne cultivates its own style that you have to know and that fully expresses the uniqueness of the Tibouren vine.
View: orange-pink
Nose: Explosion of quince, raspberry, peach, currant, blood orange, fresh herbs.
Palate: Spicy, mineral, delicately creamy, fresh and juicy.
Conclusion: Complex rosé enjoyment that not only goes well with an aperitif, but also with a special kind of summer barbecue .
