Roman Niewodniczanski, the owner of Van Volxem and heir to a beer brewing empire, doesn't need to sell his high-quality wines at high prices. The focus is on fantastically healthy grapes and is reflected in the complex and unique aromas that can be attributed to Riesling. The subtle residual sweetness typical of the Saar is perfectly supported by the strong acid structure and leaves a juicy, tasty and lasting impression.
