Not far from the famous white wine vineyards of the Côtes-de-Beaune lies the dreamy AC Saint-Romain . Like its famous colleagues, it is made from pure Chardonnay grapes and has buttery, citrusy notes and seductive roasted aromas on the nose. On the palate it is excellently balanced, with aromas of mirabelle plums, green apple and toasted toast on the finish. Its fullness and lively freshness make it the perfect accompaniment to fine dining.
