The Sfursat di Valtellina "5 Stelle" is the crown jewel in Nino Negri's portfolio. This liquid work of art is created from a hand-picked selection of the best grapes, harvested only in the most outstanding years. The Chiavennasca grapes, after a three-month natural drying period, are transformed into a deep red allure with long skin maceration. After spending 18 months in brand new French oak barrels, this exquisite wine also enjoys a six-month maturation period in the bottle. This "5 Stelle" embodies a wine of exceptional depth and nuanced texture - a Sfursat that impresses with both its impressive complexity and its sublime longevity.
