The Tassinaia 2018 from Castello del Terriccio is an exquisite example of a red wine from Tuscany that confidently combines Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in almost equal proportions. This expressive wine embodies the wine tradition of Castello del Terriccio and the characteristic terroir of this renowned wine region.
The attractive ruby ​​red makes you wonder and a seductive bouquet of black cherries, cassis, violets and fine spice notes unfolds on the nose, which is accompanied by a touch of earthy undertones and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it impresses with a velvety texture, well-structured tannins and lively acidity. Nuances of dark fruits, licorice, tobacco and a subtle oak spice give it depth and complexity.
