The 2021 Wachenheimer Gerümpel is super clear, precise and fresh in the elegant, dense and rich nose. The ripe, pure fruit aromas are ideally interwoven with the cool finesse of the sandstone geology of this rather warm location. On the palate, unadulterated, salty and with a concentrated load of tension, this is a dry, grippy and juicy, but not slim Riesling. Stay tuned for what's to come with some storage. 12.5% ​​alcohol.
